Policies

  1. There will be a minimum $40 nonrefundable diagnostic fee on all equipment.
  2. Pickup & dropoff fee starts at $70 and increases based on distance.
  3. A $20 storage charge is applied each day beginning 5 days after notification of repairs. 
  4. Any equipment left for over 30 days, after notification for pick up, will be abandoned property and ownership will be transferred to Tommy’s Small Engine & Repair.
  5. We can not be held liable for damage incurred during diagnostic procedures or fire, theft, and/or loss due to conditions beyond our control.
  6. There is a $50 fee for bounced checks.
  7. Deposit and refund amounts are at the discretion of the technician.
  8. Tommy’s Small Engine has the right to add or change policies at any time.
